Placing an Order
When will my order ship?
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days after they are placed and will arrive at your destination in 3-6 business days post dispatch.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once the order has shipped. Tracking information may not be available for up to 24-48 hours of shipment depending on the carrier.
How do I order a product which is out of stock?
If a product you are interested in is out of stock, you may place a backorder for it. Backorders are shipped as soon as we receive more of the item. Please call us at +1 (210) 310-0372 for assistance with placing a backorder.
What are my payment choices?
We currently accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay & Shop Pay.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship for FREE within the contiguous United States.
All retail orders from within the United States are free to ship via FedEx, UPS, LaserShip, OnTrac, USPS or similar and arrive at your destination in 3-6 business days. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Wholesale orders will be shipped via the most cost effective carrier: FedEx, USPS or by other surface transportation.
Order Status
My order shows delivered, but I have not received it. Now what?

Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order ?
Please contact us as soon as you realize that changes are necessary in your order and we will try to accommodate. Please note once an order ships, we are not able to make any changes. You may call us at +1 (210) 310-0372 , or email us sales@stone-flex.com.
How do I track my order?

Problem with an order
What if I received my order but there are products missing?
Sometimes orders ship in multiple shipments. Please check your shipping notification email to see which products were expected in the shipment you received. If you are still missing products, please contact us at +1 (210) 310-0372 , or email us at sales@stone-flex.com.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service via email at sales@stone-flex.com within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number and the pictures of the wrong product so that we can resolve the issue.
What if I received damaged tiles?
Although we pack our orders as best as we can using the most modern packing technology, there might come the rare occasion that some tiles may break.
In such cases, please email sales@stone-flex.com as soon as possible, Your email must include:
1. Your order number.
2. Confirm the total quantity that is damaged.
3. Pictures of any damages.
Please review all boxes for any further damages that may be hidden upon first look.
We can only process one claim per shipment.
Confirming the total damage quantity will help us process everything you need for your claim.
Our partner carriers request photos to contain a good representation of the damaged tiles.
You can include multiple items in a single photo provided the damage is still visible.
Please attach these to your email.
Please note that any damages must be reported within 24 hrs. of the delivery date in order to receive any credit in case the damage is found to be due to incorrect installation on the customer's part the claim will not be processed.
What if my tile(s) is/are already installed?
We are unable to initiate or honor any claims once material has been installed.
